Our Mouldmaking capacity ranges from very small moulds up to approximately 3000 kg or up to 596 x 1400 mm dieset size. Past Tooling contracts varies from simple single cavity moulds to complex multicavity moulds, soft prototype moulds to hardened production moulds, two plate and three plate moulds, hot tip feed, multidrop manifolds, etc...
Our Injection Moulding facilities range from 40 ton to 200 ton machines. To ensure competitive efficiency our moulding machines are fitted with statistical process control, Dosing unit, Hopper Loaders, Hopper Driers and Mould Heaters.
